The East London Summer Football League 2008 organised by Elite youth in partnership with Canary Wharf group PLC reaches conclusion.
The league stage of the East London Summer Football League football competition came to a close and the final week of the season saw some cracking fixtures.
In the under 16 age category Beaumont Athletics finished top of the table, with Locksley FC coming up as runners up. In the under 14 category Clichy FC were crowned champions with ACE FC under 14 finishing second best in this category as well.
Both league champions Beaumont Athletics and Clichy FC have also reached the League cup finals from each of their respective age groups taking place this Sunday hoping that results will go their way and their season will continue to bring glory.
Beaumont FC are looking to double up playing the under dogs Mile End United FC in the Under 16 category. Clichy FC is entertaining the West London team that were invited in for the cup competition. Can the champions achieve the double? Come and find out at the prestigious David Beckham Academy on Sunday 31st August 2008 @ 11am.
